Websites, workflow automation and IT setup for small businesses — built properly, project by project, priced fixed before a line of work starts.
What small business owners get with Grantive Digital
The Problem
Running a small business isn't the hard part — it's the website that's never quite finished, the process still done by hand, and the IT that only gets looked at once it's already gone wrong.
The website's been "nearly done" for a year
It works, technically. It just doesn't reflect the business anymore, and there's never a good week to fix it.
The admin quietly eats the week
Copying data between tools, posting online one platform at a time, chasing the same small IT niggle. Skilled work — it just doesn't have to be you doing it.
New sites and rebuilds for small businesses, built on WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace depending on what actually suits you — not what's easiest to upsell.
A month of content planned, designed and scheduled in one sitting, so your feed stays active without you thinking about it daily.
Connecting the tools you already use — bookings, invoices, enquiries, spreadsheets — so information moves between them without anyone re-typing it.
New starter kit, software rollouts, network and systems configuration — scoped, one-off jobs, not an open-ended support contract.
An honest look at what you're paying for versus what you're actually using, with a clear plan to consolidate or replace it.
Scheduled monthly maintenance, updates and small tweaks for businesses who want ongoing help without needing a full-time hire.

Why Outsource?
Bringing in project-based digital help isn't a downgrade from hiring — for most small businesses, it's the more sensible model. You get properly built, technically sound work exactly when you need it, at a fixed price, with none of the overhead of a hire or the retainer of a full agency.
And because the price is agreed before anything starts, the maths is simple: if a project costs less than the time and hassle it removes, it's already paid for itself.
About
I'm Claire, a software engineer by training. I studied software engineering and spent years building and shipping software before stepping back to raise my children — and Grantive Digital is that technical background, put back to work for small businesses who need it done properly.
That means websites that are actually built well rather than assembled from a template and left, automations that quietly save hours every week instead of one more subscription nobody uses, and IT that gets set up right the first time.
Grantive Digital is that experience, available to your business one project at a time.
The small print, up front: Grantive Limited provides website, automation, social media and IT setup services to small businesses. All work is scoped and fixed-priced before starting; ongoing support beyond a project is only ever provided as an explicitly agreed care package, never assumed. Insured, and data handled in line with UK GDPR as standard.

FAQs
Not as a helpdesk — and that's deliberate. Work is scoped as a fixed project (a website, an automation, a system setup) or, if you want regular help, an agreed Digital Care package covering scheduled maintenance and updates. What it doesn't cover is same-day break-fix support; for that, you're better served by a dedicated IT support provider. Being upfront about that keeps the scope of each engagement honest, rather than promising availability I can't yet back up.
You do, entirely. No proprietary platforms, no ongoing licence fees to me, no login I hold onto after handover. Code, content and credentials are all handed over on completion, unless we've agreed an ongoing care package that needs continued access.
Shared through a password manager for the duration of the project only — never by email. Once a project completes, access is handed back or removed unless it's needed for an ongoing care package, in which case that's documented in writing.
No sales call needed. Fill in a short questionnaire about your business and what you need, and you'll get a fixed quote and a clear timeline back within a few days.
